Turbo Jam - Cardio Party I
On Thursday I toned and sculpt my hips and thighs. For 20 mins.
I power walked 2 miles today.
97 minutes of cardio (various machines)
70 minutes of strength training (lower body & abs, 30 sec. breaks between sets)
I document everything in detail in my "Fitness Journal" on my fotki!
Finally pulled out my Firm full body scuplt video. I only did 40 of the 60 minutes though. It was really tough.

You guys might think I'm crazy but I have been using EA Sports Active for the Wii to workout. Last night, I did upper bodyLaugh if you want but I lost 15 lbs because of that game! And now they have even more workouts! Buying it!

i attempted to do Jillian Michaels BFBM and only got through circuit 1.i see i'm gonna have to work up to this.
40 mins. run/walk
25 mins weights
today: 1 hr of belly dancing
yday : 30mins yoga
