A 9 for yesterday. Not enough water but I did well with food.

Saturday: Today's plate was an 8. I'm getting an early start on my carb cycling

I went 11 carbs over my goal but still did excellent. I ate 1/2 a hashbrown and 4 pieces of popcorn chicken and that put me over.
