I am going to give myself 75%, not because I strayed off plan, but I eyeballed instead of measuring, and I only drank two glasses of water.

I want to say a 4 I did not eat breakfast or lunch. I went to the gym and did 45 minutes of weight training and 30 mins. on the treadmil. I ate Icecream, pizza and a sexy on the breach with extra alcohol for halloween last night. I fell off. I am ready to get back on track.

I'll give myself an 8 for today. I mostly did well - steel cut oats, eggs, ezekiel bread, grilled fish, Greek yogurt, fruit & veg - but I didn't drink enough water today. And I had a "fun size" Snickers and some hot cocoa mix.

Tonight was about a 9. We bought a rotisserie chicken from Walmart and had converted rice with whipped butter (half the cals as non whipped but healthier than margarine) so the chicken brought me down since it wasn't home cooked.

8 for my plate....yesterday i had leftovers from the raw vegan restaurant raw soul: italian sausage( made from nuts) polenta, salad, strawberry ice cream then some raw cabbage I got from the union sq farmers mkt drizzled with olive oil, cayenne, spike seasoning and organic acv, late lunch of chicken kebobs. dinner was the raw restaurant quintessence: raw indian platter, ginger latte ( made with nutmilk) and a dessert sampler ( coconut pie, tiramisu, pecan pie and chia pudding) I couldn't finish so the other half of the dessert sampler was my breakfast, lunch at work was a roast beef sandwich tons of salad and fruit, snack 1/2 of my raw goji carrot cake and for dinner I will have salad and my leftover raw indian and a raw green smoothie ( water, parsley, frozen mango and berries). Love raw foods cause they are tasty, nutrient dense, full of fiber and filling. best of all you never feel deprived, ladies raw desserts are an easy way to curb sweet cravings without packing on the extra pounds. I won't get in the gym until the end of the week as I am working some long hours and my job is very physical ( cater waiter...do tons of walking and lifting)

I'll give myself a 9 for today. I did well with food. Water could have been better. I went to the water cooler a few times at work and I had a cup at home, but I didn't drink enough for the day.

I need to join this thread cause I can't seem to keep a food diary

    yesterday I had:

    corn thin with almond butter
eggbeaters and hashbrowns from the cafeteria (the greasy hashbrowns make it a 7 $

raw kale salad with garbanzo beans and avocado
a handful of tortilla chips (9 cause there was no gluten and I hit my food groups)

a piece of someone' croissant (the gluten )

2 garbanzo tacos (corn tortilla, garbanzos with Mexican seasoning and onions, avocado, wilted kale, cheese )
    a few grape
a square of dark chocolate (9)

overall, I give yesterday an 8. So far I'm doing well today

Tuesday: Today was a 3 because my day was pretty clean albeit super high in calories. I screwed it up with the brownies tonight What the heck was I thinking? I was craving chocolate so I bought a box of brownie mix thinking that would cause less damage than a chocolate bar Period brain sux

I've been slacking on my water intake. I'll give myself an 8 for yesterday. I think I could have eaten more vegetables. At dinner I ate spinach and grape tomatoes, but before that the only veg I had was 1/2 sweet potato.

Other than that I did well yesterday - the usual steel cut oats, ezekiel bread and extra virgin olive oil for breakfast and a healthy lunch and dinner.

Today was a 9. My portions were reasonable and I didn't stuff myself. I did better with vegetables - brussels sprouts with lunch and greens with dinner. My dinner also included breakfast food - eggs and toasted ezekiel bread. Fage Total + hot cocoa mix for dessert.

It's Thursday and I'm rating today a 6. I did great at breakfast and lunch. There were muffins at work and I didn't even want them, not even the chocolate chip ones.

I could have done better at dinner, like I could have eaten vegetables with dinner. Dinner was just pasta (at least it was whole wheat ) with Hunt's sauce and extra virgin olive oil. I snacked on a fun size Snickers and Greek yogurt with hot cocoa mix.
