High in vitamins, especially b-vites, calcium, iron, and mag. and it's actually quite yummy. ms is supposedly helped by b-vites and bsm is high in them. High in calcium too. I use 1-2 tb of bsm (unsulphured) add a squirt of lemon juice and boiled water and sweeten it with honey. I really think the nutritional advantages are worth it. Some people even add 1 tb of apple cider vinegar to it but I have not tried that yet because I've not looked up the benefits of acv yet. Try googling it and tell me what you think but for me I think it's a keeper.
