I only blow dry and flat iron for length checks after each relaxer...every 8 weeks...other than that I PS (bunning, braid outs, flexi rod sets, caruso sets) no other direct heat.
Currently - APL * Goal - MBL(By 12/10)* Using MT mixture, co-wash daily, DC 2xs a wk, PS 95% of the time

Twice this year. It'll probably be the same next year but once i'm fully natural I want to do it maybe every other month.

My roller sets are more than enough if I want my hair to be "bone straight".

I straighten my hair once every two weeks.
