You are wrong for generalizing and stereotyping white (and black women) like that, but you made me laugh out loud. It's just funny to me.
Anyhoo, I have my skirts taken in as well. I don't have a buffy butt or particularly wide hips, but still my pencil skirts gap. They must design them for women that have inverted booties.
