Relaxed ladies who use demi-perm color

These grays are ballin' out so I have decided to step up from Ms Clairol's gray solutions to their Natural Instincts brand in Noir (black).

I want to color and then relax a month from now. Can anyone advise as to whether or not thats enough time to avoid any damage?

Yeah thats plenty of time. I used to use that brand when I was relaxed. Never had any problems
