Default Henna and Heat???

does anyone use a heat cap or sit under a dryer when using henna? is it possible to do so??

I would say that most of us do. It quickens the 'absorption' time.

I usually henna while working because I work from home. I sit under my heat cap for 2 hours on and 1 hour off, for a total of 5-6 hours. No problem!

Sometimes, I sit under a dryer while I have henna on my hair. Of course, I have plastic wrap and caps on my head.

1 hour with heat almost exclusively.
