Cold Pressed Castor Oil

What is the difference between cold pressed castor oil and regular castor oil? Where can I ge the cold pressed kind?

I don't have all of the details in front of me but cold pressed is a special process where the oil from the seed is extracted in such as way that there is no heat or chemical treatment. The oil is left in its purest form with all nutrients intact.

I get my cold pressed castor oil from the health store (Heritage brand).

I just purchased cold pressed castor oil from the vitamin shoppe the other day. It is a golden color like vegetable oil.

there is a thread called castor oil that is very useful and breaks it down- do a search and good luck!
personally, i use the dark brown kind that smells like fish and cigarettes.
