Request 'New Mention' function still not working

Hi....
About 75% of the time when you receive a 'new mention' notification and click on it; the new mentions are not showing, only older ones. For example, i have notification of a new mention today and when i click on that section it shows ones from the 18th. I was on yesterday so know that i did not receive the notification until today; moreover, this happens all the time, as referenced above, and has been an ongoing issue for several months. I submitted an tech inquire a little over a month ago and never heard back. Can this be looked into and resolved? Thanks.

Forgot to mention that there was a thread on this as well in either the hair forum or the off topic one. that was about 4-6 weeks ago. several members in that thread were having the same issue

The same thing happens to me. I'll come in and it'll be a mention from the beginning of the month I've already looked at!
