all natural igredients

Cons:

stripping, drying

I used this as a natural head and it was HORRIBLE. It stripped, dried out, and almost matted-up, my natural hair something awful. I have since become relaxed and my previous experience with this product has put in me a permanent fear of ever using this stuff again. The ingredients in this are all natural, but I didn't like what it did to my hair.

Horrible shampoo
I had such high hopes for the product as I read rave reviews about AO Honey Suckel Rose conditioner. - The shampoo is slimy, clear, and had a bad smell
- "Moisturizing" shampoo stripped my hair. It was worse than any clarifying shampoo I have ever used
- Hair was brittle, hard and matted after using product
The only saving grace was that the HSR conditioner worked magic after the shampoo. Will use the remaining product as hair brush and toliet bowl cleaner. Will never purchase again!

This was the first all natural shampoo i've ever tried and it was horrible. it made my hair mat 2gether and left it feeling very dry. the first time i tried it I hadnt permed my hair in years. i thought maybe that was y it tangled so badly. So i permed my hair and tried the shampoo again, i got the same result

Okay I feel better so I wasn't the only one that experience the matting - BUT, I like how my hair feels after I apply the conditioner! I've tried the conditioner alone with other shampoos and I don't get that same affect, so I'm going to keep this in my rotation for a month and see how my hair does. I guess I'm the oddball on this review, but I like it!

Pros:

smells nice, little product produces a lot of suds, all natural ingredients
Cons:
stripping
The shampoo is not meant to be used without the conditioner. The shampoo does what a shampoo is supposed to do which is clear your hair of build up, therefore there is no need to clarify with this shampoo. Since it does have this stripping effect I wash my hair only two times with it, but I try to work the suds through as much as possible before I rinse, so my scalp is clean. I'm sure a simp pre-poo treatment with oils will probably help reduce the stripping effect. But the conditioner is uber moisturizing so it null and voids any hard feelings I have against the shampoo. I use them both.

This stuff is a hot mess. Lucky I only got the trial size. First of all it smells offensive to me and second my hair felt stripped, especially on the ends. I would have probably been better off using some Dial hand soap than using this.
