Wen Fig Cleansing Conditioner, A cleansing conditioner which cleanses the hair & scalp without any detergents or sodium laurel sulfate. Therefore not stripping the scalp or hair of its natural oils. Fig Cleansing Conditioner can be used as often as necessary. Due to its rich dense nature it is formulated to strengthen & rehydrate the hair. Fig is a universal cleanser, but due to its moisturizing properties it performs amazingly well on, dry, heat damaged, color treated, medium to coarse, wavy to curly and ethnic hair. It is also recommended to be used as a leave-in conditioner.
Instructions for Proper Use
Wonderful for medium to coarse, wavy to curly, and ethnic hair, and exceptional on dry, dehydrated hair. It helps to moisturize, hydrate and replenish the hair due to its rich and dense nature.
Application
1. Start of shower. Rinse hair thoroughly.
2. Apply, starting with the crown, back/nape of the head, then covering the scalp and ends:
- short hair 12-20 pumps
- medium to shoulder length hair 20-30 pumps
- long hair 30-40 pumps, more if necessary.
3. Massage hair for 1-3 minutes. Comb through. Cover with a shower cap or clip up.
4. Leave on for the duration of your shower.
5. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
6. Apply 1-3 pumps as a leave in conditioner to soaking wet hair, starting on the back and ends. The more you use, the better the results.
Results: Healthy, shiny, moist, clean, soft, light, and manageable hair. The healthiest hair ever.

This is a great product for a leave in. My natural nappy hair is so soft after just one wash.

Pros:
|
Doesn't strip hair, fast and easy to use, hair feels soft in the shower
|
|
Cons:
|
leaves some build up after weeks of using it
|
|
I loved it at the time, but it didn't work for me as a leave-in. My hair felt dry. The buildup got so bad that I had to use a shampoo to get it out...which sort of defeats the sulfate-free purpose.
