For those of you that are having a hard time getting motivated to work out, the Walk Away the Pounds program is easy and works every part of your body.
I had been going to the gym and was getting frustrated with all of the fancy step moves these ladies were doing

and felt that if I didn't start small, I would eventually give up, because I couldn't keep up...repeater, straddle, hop across the bench, etc.
I knew that I hadn't worked out in a LOOOONG time and needed a way to get back in shape that wasn't so hard on my body. It's like an aerobic class but oppose to me being out of oxygen all the time the way I was with my step classes, I stayed in oxygen.
It also makes me want continue doing it because it's not going faster than my body can keep up.
