Hey Ladies,
I have TONS of comedonal acne...its all these little bumps that are either flesh colored or whiteish in color because they are filled with oil (SORRY TMI).
I wanted to know if anyone had success with removing them?
Anyone actually deal with it and see results from a product/procedure?
I dont really deal with acne anymore thank GOD!!! lol but these little bumps are keeping me from pretty skin...

Retin-a and an anti-bacterial.

I would say to try a Clarisonic Skin Brush or a cheaper alternative would be retinol. I like Murad Acne Exfoliating Gel.

You could try cutting out flour and sugar for a few days.

I've got this too. I made a paste of amla powder and applied it as a mask and I left it on until it dried. It's gone down quite a lot. Maybe 1 or 2 more times will rid it completely.

Re: HELP!!!! Comedonal acne...flesh colored skin bumps
Do they fluctuate at all or you have the same level all the time? When I get those it is from something I'm allergic to, I take some benadryl/claritin (which decreases them overnight) and avoid that food, then I'm fine. It's definitely worth investigating your diet. I find egg white masks to be useful as well (just wisk up egg white with a little water, put it on your face and let it dry)
The clean and clear line has a lot of salicylic acid, which also helps. Failing that, retin-A would be ideal. Maybe you could find a free clinic in your area that would prescribe you some? It's $80 a tube, though
Good luck

If you can afford a doc visit, they have a generic version of retin-a. For the type of acne you describe, I think that is what you would get.
But, you really need to go to a doc because what you described might not be acne. It could be allergies and a bunch of other things.
