Some women experience orgasm during birth (be it unassisted or not). I don't think it's something that can be made to happen. Also, someone feel stimulation during breastfeeding and others do not.
Every woman's body is different. Some of us have very low libidos and others are on hairpin triggers. I suppose though a woman who is having a natural birth (no drugs) MIGHT be more likely to experience orgasm if her system is built that way.
I had my last child at home, no doc, no midwife, and of course, no drugs. It was far from orgasmic, but also not terribly painful (compared to the first two which ended in c-sections). I also did not feel any sort of stimulation while breastfeeding any of my daughters.
Nonetheless, it's always interesting how folks like to the body to operate in neat little compartments.

Orgasm when something's going in ya (if you're lucky), but not when something far larger is coming out?
