I ordered Restorative Treatment 12 oz & Sesame Beauty Elixir 8 oz.

I filed a paypal complaint against this company today. No produts and no response to any of my emails. Not a good start!!

After I filed my complaint with paypal I received a response with this explaination : Unfortunately there was a delay with the manufacturer and we were unable to send your order promptly. We anticipate receipt of our product this week and would be able to send your products soon.

I shouldn't have to file a paypal complaint to receive a response as to why my order had not been sent. I requested a refund of my payment, and it will be refunded, plus she is going to send me some samples to try.
Customers need to be kept informed regarding a delay in their order.....just my 2cents worth.

OK, I recieved my LARGE samples two days ago, (I'm in UK)

I first co- washed,put the restorative treatment on my strands, then sat under the steamer for 15 minutes. i rinsed it out.i had great slip and my hair was blinging.

I put a little bit of the oil on my strands and i massaged a tiny bit on my scalp,it was ALL good these are great products!

I would buy them, especially the treatment!
