Re: Apala Beauty Pre-Launch/Free Samples
The conditioner kind of left my hair-especially my ends-feeling really dry and bunched up-kind of like when I used to do Cassia treatments (only a much more mild version). I felt like I still needed to do another deep conditioning treatment. However, when I put the oil in my hair, it made my hair really soft. It's one of the few oils that hasn't left my hair feeling hard and dry. I moisturized my hair with Sta Sof Fro and then sealed with the Apala oil-pure excellence. However, I could still feel the dryness from the conditioner.
Yes to the oil. The conditioner....I can't lie. I didn't like it and wouldn't buy it. I appreciate the free samples though.

Re: Apala Beauty Pre-Launch/Free Samples
Are you still giving out free samples? Let me know because I'm interested in seeing how this product works on my hair.

The dryness is most likely from the Shikakai, it's a cleansing herb. I never mix this in with my dc or moisturizing herbs. Since you ladies have given some reviews I will tweak how I'm going to try it. I will apply the cond., leave it on for about 10 to 15 mins., Just as I would any Shikakai mixture, rinse and follow up with a dc. That way I'm getting the strength from the Shikakai and not the dryness. Also I might consider applying this mixture to dry preoiled hair.
