I always miss out on the good stuff...... She put up a new thread the other day saying the free samples is over but they'll do it again in the future.

**Update*** Tried the products today, 11-16-09. The oil is light, kind of like jojoba. I wouldn't use it outside of home because the rosemary and lavender scents are strong. I love the smell of that combination for therapeutic purposes, though.

I used it as a prepoo for 15 minutes so I can't really say what it did or didn't do. I also applied it to my scalp because my scalp was really dry from clarifying 2 days ago. After washing out the oil, I applied the restorative treatment. It glided on very smooth with a lot of slip. I let it sit for about 10 minutes. After rinsing, my hair definitely had the "ayurvedic" feel of dryness, similar to the powders, but felt strengthened and smooth, if that makes sense. I hit it with a shot of cold water b4 leaving the shower so that may have closed the cuticle, hence the smooth feeling. I didn't comb after getting out of the shower, as my hair was pretty detangled from the washing out of the oil and during the application of the treatment. I finger combed while braiding my hair in four plaits for an airdried braidout for tomorrow. We'll see how my hair feels tomorrow.

i really enjoyed both products the conditioner had a great slip and the oil was nice! My hair air dried very soft!
