NEW SUPPORT SECTION

We have opened our new eSupport section to help you with problems that you might be facing.

The new software incorporates a Knowledgebase which we will be enhancing to cover the most common problems.

• If you have an issue with our discussion forums (i.e. payment issues, password does not work, email address changes etc.) feel free to open a ticket in this new system.

• We will ensure to reply as soon as possible and the software will allow us to keep track of your requests.

• The eSupport system sends emails from the support@longhaircareforum.com email address. Please make sure that prior to submitting a ticket this email address IS NOT blocked by your anti-spam software.

• We will no longer offer any kind of email support other than from the eSupport system.
