Hydroxycut

Has anyone (or does anyone) use this supplement to help in weight loss or to maintain their weight? I'm thinking about using this supplement to help tone more, I would like to know if anyone has personally used this or is thinking about using it. Thanks

The ads look impressive but I wonder if it really works. I'll be interested to hear what results people have gotten who actually used it.

I have and it did help me lose weight but I used it when it had ephedra and I stopped because I began to see blood in my stools. (Sorry so descriptive)

I went and bought it today and used it for the first time and I must say that it really gave me a boost! The Hydroxycut does not have ephedra anymore (I guess that stuff isn't any good). I could not believe how much energy I had, it really gave me a boost for my workout. I will keep everyone posted on how this stuff works.

I just want to lose 7 pounds and I'll be good to go...

Do you guys know if taking the diet pills will have a problem with the effectiveness of vitamins? I can't have anything interfering with my hair growth!

I asked the manager at the GNC store if I could still take my hair vitamins (I told him about all of them) and he said yes. I wanted to make sure of the same thing also because if it would have interfered, I would not be taking the Hydroxycut. I suggest asking your doc if you just want to make sure. Yesterday was my first day and I really did like the boost that it gave me. You have to take it easy when you first start (it gives the directions on how to start off) and then eventually you will up your doses.

Guess what, I don't like this stuff anymore. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I went to run with my job this morning (mandatory PT) and I was feeling very nauseated. I went to the hospital and they told me not to take it anymore. Oh well.

My goal was to get in tip top shape for a fitness bikini competition next summer, but I guess I can lose these last 7 pounds on my own. I was really excited about this stuff too, but the side effects aren't worth it (for me anyways.)

I only want to lose 10...I tried it when it had ephedra and it made me soooo sick...so I stopped taking it...then all the bad reports came out(so I was glad I did). Let me know how you do...

I am very weary of these products that claim to help you lose weight. I'd rather just do it the old-fashioned way even if it takes longer than I'd like.

Hey Guys!
I don't know if you guys follow baseball - but there was a pitcher earlier this year that they found dead in his hotel room - he failed to show up for practice, they were playing the yankees in a 4 games series - 3rd game - they find him....well turns out he was taking a diet pill with that chemical in it - elphra(?) - and it causes severe heart palpatations in some cases - he had an existing problem and taking that made it worst and he passed in his sleep - and they came to find that other people had passed or experienced the same - that is why they had to take that chemical out of everything....please be careful, sometimes it takes a while before these things start to kick in and cause severe damage...
