weight loss tends to make my breasts somewhat droopy. (sorry so descriptive). What exercises can I do to keep 'em at attention?
Thanks http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Hey I'm sorry i'm not able to help you both with your question.... But i do have a question of my own that i thought about when reading your thread..... You lose boobs when losing weight???? I know i definitely need to lose some because if me and my breasts don't come to a mutual agreement after this weight loss phase, i'm going to a scissor happy surgeon and let him negotiate with them lol.... Thanks in advance

Oh yes! When I lose weight it's the first thing to go, which is a bit depressing for me because I don't have that much to begin with. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif The last places that trim down are my behind and my hips, and they need to go first! http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Awww, poor pebbles! Girl--my boobs are the last to trim down (so it seems) and then not that much (which I like http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif )

There's this video by Richard Simmons called Tone & Sweat, in the video he shows you how to tone your chest along with everything else, so you may want to check it out. http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

I think they call them chest flys or something like that. You lay down on a bench with dumbbells, palms facing up, and bring arms up facing each other so that the dumbells meet. I know that this is not a good explantation, but it is supposed to tighted the muscle below the brest bone.

Thanks Sonya! Your description was fine because actually I know what chest flies are. I will definitely incorporate them into my upper-body routine http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

this isn't an exercize but I always wear 2 sport bras when I do cardio so they don't bounce and sag from tearing fibers.

I was going to recommend flies as well.

A really good way is also to put your palms together (with fingers of right hand on left wrist and vice versa) put arms out in front of you and press your palms together you can actually feel the muscles under your breasts contract. then change position of hands...

PUSHUPS! Great for the boobs. If you do them with your hands close together (put your hands so they form a diamond shape)they are great for building the chest (I learned this from my ex! He was good for something! http://www.longhaircareforum.com/forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif ).
The regular ones are good for the arms and back...
I do all pushups with my knees bent and on the floor, ankles crossed, until I'm strong enough to do them straight legged with my toes on the floor.

Any exercise that works the pecs will lift your breasts. Flies were a gerat suggestion! You can also try chest presses. Lay flat on a bench and lift & lift/lower a barbell of about 10-20 lbs. You'll fell it across your chest. Also,if your gym has a seated fly machine, that works great as well. The machines allows you to sit down and extend your arms out sideways. You grasp the handles and bring the handles in towads the front of your chest. These exercises has really toned my chest.
And always wear a properly fited sprts bra ;-)

You should also dry skin brush. It keeps the skin tight as you lose weight.
google 'dry skin brushing'
