I tried it last year. It's gross (to me) and I got sick, not from the taste, but from the fasting. I get light headed and nauseous.

Whoa this thing sounds bad, i know it's a juice. I was gonna try it, but now I know it's not the right thing to do.

I tried this for almost a week and lost a lb a day. I wouldn't recommend doing this for any longer than a week, and then only if you are really overweight.(you're taking off mostly water, losing some fat and prob. even a little muscle when it comes off that fast) For pp. with only a little to lose it might be okay as a "jump start" for just a coupla days. Don't bother buying the book, just get it from the library.

Where? I don't see it on this sight. I even did a search, and can't find any documents on The Hollywood Diet.

I didn't see anything on that quackwatch website either about the Hollywood Diet. Here's some info and a review on the Hollywood Diet: Hollywood Diet review (http://www.chasefreedom.com/hollywood48hourmiraclediet.html) . They also have reviews on several other diets on that website. HTH

I didn't lose one ounce. It was a waste of my money. Oh well, I guess good ole fashioned exercise and diet is the only thing that will work for me.
