Yes....:D I really needed too....I went to a diner for breakfast!:ohwell:
I walked to the gym about 1.25
Elliptical 35 mins
Walk/Jog on treadmill for 40mins
Freeweights 10mins solution arms

I should do more, those pancakes were too good:lol:

Yep, Im trying to go everyday now and will be going almost everyday until my butt isnt jiggling anymore :look:

35 mins elliptical
35 mins bike so Im doing about 10 miles a day

I did circuit (weights/cardio) training this morning and went to salsa class this evening after work

I was in a rush this morning, but I did manage to run 3.1 miles outside and walk 1.2 miles.

Yep, and I feel great. 45 mins. Turbo jam cardio and 40 mins Turbo sculpt.

This morning I did walk and run 30 mins and did about 60 cruches on my ball. This afternoon I am going to the gym to work upperbody and do more cardio eliptical machine. :)

No I did not exercise today. I havent exercised since last monday. Just a shame!

Of course I did. Today was a twice a day workout so I did Firm in the morning (30 mins) and cardio afternoon 35 elliptical, 30 bike, 5 mins treadmill (which I despise)
