Althought it was not much at least I did something
this morning at 4:45am.ewwwww
20mins eliptical
15mins interval training. lower body and cardio
15mins abs.

I am not sure if I am still suppose to post, but this keeps me in check.
So. Yes I did workout today.
30 mins strenght training legs
32 cardio ski machine.

Yes I did. I did a 45min Pilates workout before class and tonight I did an 1hr long session of taebo:eek: I am trying to lose 25 pounds by Christmas. So far I have lost five.:grin:

I did!!!!! If I hadnt I so wouldnt have post, but it feels great to say that I did!! Great feeling. I am hoping to tone up and only loose like 10 or so pounds, I'm tryna keep it thick like serena, minus all that extra muscle.

No...and not since last Friday... so bad!! But I just got back from Vegas night before last and Im feeling mighty bloated so you best beleive I will be in there in the morning!!!

Yep! 40 min cardio, 40 min weights. I've only lost 2 pounds in a couple weeks tho...trying to get my body fat percent down!

45 mins legs 15 mins abs.

weights...biceps triceps squats lunges lats pecs and abs
my friend and i are training together and its great!
