View Full Version : Check out the body on this 86 years old Grandma!
I'm so going back to the gym, I think I want to print this and put it on my fridge or something. I'm not even going to wonder why she has that white spot up front
I can't link the image. if anyone knows how to please do.

I remember her from he Oprah show and Heart & Soul that used to come on BET. She said that she start weight training in her 50's and eats oatmeal ever morning and drinks lots of water. She is such an inspiration. Must get up in the morning for a 5 am workout.

Actually it says she started training in her 70's.
Definitely an inspiration whether 66, 76, OR 86. Proof positive that it's all about what you BELIEVE you can do.
