okay ive lost weight and im still in the process of losing weight but i want to also work on my stomach...the last time i lost weight my stomach was still kind of there and i would like it to either be flat or to at least have a little muscles in my abs...im trying to look for some short little exercises that i can do or dvds that i can just put in real quick and do(10 to 15 minutes)....i knw that it helps wit overall exercising such as cardio....and i also do that when i do have the time to do so...but i really want to target my abs this time before i get down to my goal size...
can anyone suggest any ab dvds or exercises?
and how many times a week should i work on my abs if i want to get them to this point?
I have winsor pilates already but ive never stuck wit doing it long enough to see a difference....but i may give it a try if i have time to get in 20 minutes...at least 3 times a week....

Girl...STICK with Winsor pilates, and you WILL see a difference! Trust me! :yep: I was doing them a while back, and my stomach never looked so good. :D And my stomach is my problem area. If I gain any weight, the first place I gain it is in my stomach. But with the winsor pilates, my stomach muscles were getting stronger and stronger, and my abs were looking tight! But then, I started getting lazy, and my stomach is back to being mush. :( I need to get on the ball again.
If I were you, since you already have your winsor pilates dvds at home, why not try to stick with those faithfully for about a month or two, and do those 3x a week, and see if that works. Then, if you don't see results after a month or so, then you can buy a different video. But I'm telling you...you WILL see results! :yep:
Besides, they say that your abs are about 30% exercise and 70% due to diet anyway. I don't know if that's true or not, but it's a thought!
