MSM & Ester-C

For those that are taking both MSM and Ester-C... Are you taking Ester-C in a tablet form or powder form? If powder form are you mixing it with the MSM power and drinking it all at once? Thanks!

I take the capsules of Ester-C with MSM powder. If you have some sort of vitamin c like orange juice that should be OK too. Some ladies mix MSM in their orange juice in the morning.
