long sleeved dresses??

Hey
I just wondered do ladies/girls not wear sleeves anymore? Im a Muslim and have been looking for a long sleeved dress to go with a pair of trousers I have but it appears they dont sell them anymore.
All i get is sleeveless ones or shoulderless ones...can anybody help me out here? I dont want frumpy dresses either im talkin nice floaty knee length dresses....but where?

This isn't exactly a dress, but it's a tunic from Bebe that could kind of pass over a dress with jeans...maybe.

I know what you mean though, long sleeved dresses aren't easy to come by. Also, most stores aren't selling clothes for the winter season yet. hope you find it!

I haven't seen ANY long sleeve or sweater dresses either, I have also been looking.
Have you tried any vintage shops?
