I use them for night time and when I feel a bump coming. I have had the most success with the walmart equate brand and the clearasil brand. The rest of them really have not worked for me. I like the equate though cause I can rub it into my skin. the others leave a film on your skin.

I use clean & clear 10BP cream & it works for me, it's the only 1 I found that's paraben free (if your into that)

fI use the Clean and Clear Maximaum Strength Persa- Gel. I think It is on sale at Walgreens right now for $3.99.
I have found when I follow the regime at www.acne.org , my face is pretty much blemish free. Not totally but it works. My problem areas are my chin and forehead.

Tea tree oil works well and Boscia makes a spot treatment that's natural and effective. A friend of mind uses Murad's Sulfur spot treatment, and she seems to really like it.

Great thread! I use Neutrogenas but I think I paid about $8-11 a tube or something liek that. It works sometimes but I wouldnt buy it again. Sounds strange but the best thing that has worked thats work is good old fashioned tooth paste. I seen it on Moesha a LONG time ago and I use that if I feel like Im about to get a pimple. It works better than all the spot treatments Ive bought and my skin is horrible so Im trying everything.

Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment works well.
