Those jeans are True Religion - you can get them from just about anywhere - nordtroms, neimans, saks, some macy's

If you don't have $200+ lying around for True Religion jeans, you can get some from abercrombie.com, delias.com, oldnavy.com (I saved an aritcle in one of those mags where they did knockoff versions of Jessica Simpson in distressed jeans and those were the places where they got them)
