Does any one do water aerobics? I just started this week because it has been very hot in D.C. I love it. I have reconnected with my inner child. It suppose to be a better workout than land aerobics. I just try to jog in the water and do low jacks. I also pump my arms. Sometimes I think I am Charlie's angel and do kicks in the water.

Water aerobics are terrific. I lost almost 10 pounds while doing water aerobics 45 minutes, four days a week for 5 weeks...I didn't make any major changes to my diet either. As a result, my entire body toned up. i can't remember a time when i looked better...Keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback. I am really enjoying the water. It seems like I am not getting a good workout until I get home later and feel sore. A lady at my gym only exercises in the pool and she says it helps her stay tone.
