Green Tea- Drink 1 cup - urinate 1gallon

I might have to kick this tea to curb while at work and not eating. Excuse my french, but.... If I did not pee 30 times today, I did not pee once :eek: . I was wondering where is all this liquid coming from.

This has been all week. Green tea always makes me go but not this much. It could be a combination of eating just fruits and vegetables during the day, and my new vitamins. I went to the bathroom so much today I am dizzy. I must be detoxing.

Then, my Manager's Office is directly across from the bathroom. I am so embarrassed. :( I have to keep walking by. I can see why green and how green tea helps one to lose weight.:ohwell:

I KNOW! I love drinking green tea but I can't do it at work because I think my boss would wonder why in the world I was going so much! I love the weight loss benefits of it though.

I'm curious do you put anything in your green tea? If so what? sugar, equal, honey, lemon?

I usually use equal and it doesn't cause me to go any more than normal.

OT: that Equal is aspartame which I've learned is poisonous to the body. It you want it sweet, I suggest honey or Stevia (a natural, sweet herb).

It could be the caffeine. I usually buy decaffeinated.

I drink my teas straight. I really don't sweeten anything. I also have a gallon jug of water on my desk that I drink throughout the day.

If I just drink the the 8 oz of water at work alone, I don't go as much as with the green tea.

The green tea has Grapseed extract, lemongrass, alfalfa, burdock, dandelion, iris moss and other herbs in it.

Have any of you ever used the green teas that have the ingrediants cassia angustifolia and or Malvia Verticellatta which is suppose to help lose weight. Alot of these diet teas make you experience extra bowel movements which removes excess fat. I would like to try a green tea that will help me lose the weight but I am not sure if the ingrediants I have listed are safe for daily use even if the boxes say they are. What do you guys think. Let me know if any of you have used these particular teas. Thanks

Maybe.. All I know is the Yogi Super Antioxidant Tea ain't no joke. I did the same today and did not go as much. I think it is the tea.

As I said Green tea always has that effect but yesterday was crazy.

No they do not have any stores in Atlanta because I use to live there. Try the Whole Foods on Roswell Road, Ponce, or Harry's Farmers Market.

I get my Green Tea from Chinatown. It's sooo cheap there. :)
