What is your favorite cheat food and what is your healthy substitute?

I love shortbread cookies but they are a like 500 calories for two. I substitute two of those for 2 Weight Watchers toffee cookies.

Where can I find the No Pudge Brownies? Do you know how many WW points they are?

Ruffles light chips are good also. You get like 17 or 19 chips for 1 WW point. Also, Uncle Wally's muffins are good. You get 2 good sized muffins for 2 WW points. FF Pudding is also good and only 2 WW points. Flatout Wraps found at Super Walmart are good for replacing the bread for sandwiches. They are 0 points (I count .5 pts.) for the kids size and 1 pt for the big size.

yes i found them at publix right next to the the baking goods(brownies and cakes)...and they had the different brands of the no pudge but i used the original brand..i believe they are initially 2 points..but i counted mine for like 2.5 points because i added chopped pecans to mine...i made mine in the cake like form...1/2 cup of yogurt...u can use soy yogurt...and 1 egg white....they came out really good taste just like the regular brownies....the only issue i have is how to measure them by cutting them...but i never cut big pieces of them...but when it comes to weight watchers thats the only things i hate to do is trying to figure out how to measure out slices of cake/pie/brownies etc....

Candy-Ocean Spray Craisins

Edy's Cookies n'Cream Ice Cream - Weight Watchers Cookies n Cream Ice Cream Bar

All of the Weight Watchers snacks I've tried have been good. The lemon cakes, toffee bars, etc. The hard part is making myself stop at one.

i LOVE potato chips...in fact, i LOVE salt > apple chips

i have a dehydrator and make apple chips...the crunchiness "fools me" into thinking i'm still eating "chips"

microwave popcorn > bought an airpopper and use little salt
chocolate cake > majool dates...hey! just pretend
