I've realized that I've really regressed in recent months to drinkking more juices and sodas and just plain not drinking enough liquids. I know I'm doing my body a disservice by taking in all these empty calories.
I need support to get back on the water only bandwagon. So as of now, I plan to drink more water, no soda and juices. I do like green tea (no sugar), so I'll stick with that. I'm sure I'll see changes in my weight too.
Anyone else would like to get rid of or limit their 'drink intake'?
I know I'll need support and reminders for a while until it becomes natural for me. Any takers?
