I've realized that I've really regressed in recent months to drinkking more juices and sodas and just plain not drinking enough liquids. I know I'm doing my body a disservice by taking in all these empty calories.

I need support to get back on the water only bandwagon. So as of now, I plan to drink more water, no soda and juices. I do like green tea (no sugar), so I'll stick with that. I'm sure I'll see changes in my weight too.

Anyone else would like to get rid of or limit their 'drink intake'?
I know I'll need support and reminders for a while until it becomes natural for me. Any takers?

I loves me some water, I have a bottle of FIJI right next as I type.
I bought some flavored water from Fresh grocer last night. But I go like 14 days without drinking any juice and I have grown to detest sodas now.
There is this new diet soda made with splenda, why dont u try using that to help u make the transition to just drinking water.
My skin looks great now and I think that has something to do with my hair's improvement.

As I read I was going to ask you about your skin, but you already posted it! Water is incredible and SO important! You've already encouraged me! I'm on it girl! I have a few flavored waters for those times when I feel an urge, but I really want to remain with regular water.

I just tried that lime flavored water, NOt what I expected, lol.
I think I might dilute it with regular filtered water.
