I love using Splenda.
In comparison to those I've used before, it's the best so far.

I normally use splenda. I ordered some stevia and got it in the mail last week. It has a funny aftertaste to it and I haven't decided if I like or not.

Splenda is evil. I just don't trust artificial sweeteners. http://www.mercola.com/2000/dec/3/sucralose_dangers.htm

Amen!! I don't trust any of that stuff...something is terribly wrong with our society when people think that a chemical compound formulated to look and taste like sugar is actually better than actual sugar. Ain't NOTHING like the real thing!!!! That goes for these fake sugars, fake burgers, fake cookies and everything else - POISON! :nono:

Better portion control and real, whole food is the way to go.

Well. Splenda is real sugar. Just real sugar + clorox.

I was thinking about using raw agave nectar as a sweetener, has anybody tried it? It's supposed to be sweet & have a great flavor...

I've used this for a couple of years now - the agave nectar from Whole Foods and Wild Oats - it's great - I was afraid it would have a hone taste but it's really neutral - I really only use sugar for coffee so I use a bit of this stretched with a bit of Spenda and it's perfect! It's expensive tho -
