I Need a Dermatologist for MD/VA/DC

Ladies,
I desperately want to get rid of my skin color discoloration and acne and chicken pox scars. They have bothered me for quite some time and it affects my self-esteem and my social skills.
I am looking for a Dermatologist recommendation for MD/DC/or VA
