Hey ladies just wanted to pop in and give a little update on where I am. Well after being sick all last week and not working out and in also in not seeing any progress on the scale, I decided to lighten up on myself and take it easy. I've been eating ormally like I always used to. NOt trying to eat on any schedule, just do my normal thing. I have started eating breakfast though. I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning. Anyways, I got on the scale yesterrday and was so surprisingly pleased to see that I've lost 2 pounds :clap: I guess all the working out paid off. So I'm at 136 now and 6lbs to go. I feel confident that I will get these pounds off in the next month, just by running and eating the way I've always eaten.
This morning I woke up to 70 degrees weather and was so ecstatic I rounded up my husband and my little girl for a little outdoor excerise. We went running for 3 miles (my baby rode her bike) and I felt soooooooooooooooooooooo great. Of course at times I had to slow up for my hubby because he hasn't been exercising like I have. It was sooooooo nice. I'm sitting here feeling great and no pressure to lose the rest of my weight.

That is fantastic! I admire you. I haven't worked out in 4 days but I got off work early today and plan to get back on track today.:) Keep up the great work!

This is true, not to hi jack your thread Armyqt-but sense I have been eating breakfast special k with soy milk and keeping healthy snacks like fruit and yogurt at work and eating Smart ones and lean cusines for lunch-I was surprised I lost 10 pounds without 'really' trying!! But I still eat my pizza-I love bread....:drool:

I'm hanging in there. About to hit the treadmill in a few minutes. I've taken the pressure of losing weight off of myself and I'm happy. I looked at myself in the mirror and said, "you know what?" I love myself this way" "I'm hot" I'm feeling good about my body right ladies and I can tell you I know the last few pounds will eventually be gone. I'm eating sensibly, but I only eat when I feel like it, instead of trying to all of those meals a day. It seems to be working because I feel good. Thanks for checking on me.
