Well, according to Kellogs you eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and then another bowl for either lunch or dinner. Then you eat a full meal for dinner or lunch (whichever you prefer) You can have your usual snacks but they recommend fresh fruits and veggies.

You are supposed to be able to lose up to 6lbs in two weeks. Has anyone tried this diet? Just curious....:ohwell:

i've tried it... and then promptly fell off of it within 3 days... i tend to eat more cereal than they call a serving so it was less than satisfying for me... plus, i lose my taste for certain cereal fast and i have to keep changing it up... so sticking with the same one for two meals for two weeks straight wasn't getting it for me...

I think most people who tried the diet felt the same way. So I think now Kellogs is saying that you can use any of their cereals to switch it up a bit.

The problem is all their cereals basically taste the same. I tried it too and I wasn't hungry or anything, but by day 3 I was just so tired of eating the cereal.
