how often do you weight yourself? I used to do it atleast everyday, but I'm trying to break that habit. Since starting Turbojam, I haven't gotten on once (it's only been 6 days-lol) Just curious as to how often (and obsessed) everyone else is.

I weigh myself every day, sometimes more than once.

Since it's natural for our weight to fluctuate throughout the course of a day (by even 4 or more pounds!), I've set my weigh time to first thing in the morning when undressed. I used to do it daily, but I'm overcoming that addiction. :D
I set a weigh-in day for Saturday mornings, that worked well for me. I do occasionally sneak a peak, but I know that's no biggie.

ur suppose to weigh yourself as soon as you get up in the morning...after that gravity kicks in and by the end of the day you can weigh up to ten lbs more than what you weighed that morning depending on the person. Me I dont bother...the scale doesnt reflect how much I look like I actually weigh so I dont bother

I weigh everyday. I read that daily weighing can keep you from gaining weight. It has worked for me.

I weigh myself about every other day. What's weird is that I'm not trying to lose or gain weight, and I've weighed pretty much the same thing for the last 20 or so years :look: I've just got a thing for knowing my "numbers."

I check my blood pressure at home every so often and I also do home cholesterol checks and write those numbers down too. All of my numbers are in "good" ranges, so I guess it just makes me feel like, Hey, check it out. I'm healthy!

My husband thinks I'm kind of nutty. He'll say to me, "Have you been weighing yourself AGAIN?"

I weigh myself everyday and it can be a guide (sometimes) especially if you've binged, and you want to see how it has impacted your weight. Lately, my weight gain hasn't shocked me into doing something to reduce the lbs., I just shake my head and walk away....

I usually weigh myself once a month. Sometimes I may weight myself biweekly.

I do it every Friday or Saturday now... just to see if there has been any loss or gain in the week. Not wanting to see a drastic weight loss or gain on the scale.

I am addicted to weighing myself every morning. I can't stop. It's an indicator that tells me what I'm doing right or wrong with my dieting.

Maybe once a year, at the doctor's office.

I don't go by the scale. I go by how my clothes fit and how I look in them.
