Yogi Tea - Green Tea Super Antioxidant

Hello:

Has anyone tried this tea? I like the taste. I only drink Oragnic Tea. I can see why it is said that Green Tea can help you lose weight. If I have not been to the bathroom 10 times since this morning I have not been once. :lol: I always have this reaction to this tea. Ihave bee drinking it on and off for about 3 years.

Where is all this water coming from. I only had 1 16 oz cup of tea, and 2 glasses of water following my vitamins.

It is a little. "Just a little" embarrasing jumping up every 30 minutes.

I haven't tried the Green Tea yet but I have the Detox and I like it alot , it reminds me of a tea by Aveda with the licorice root in it, no sugar is needed because the licorice root sweetens it and it doesn't taste like licorice.

I've never tried this tea before but one of my coworkers uses it. She's had the peach and rasberry flavors. She loves it and she swears it helps her lose weight. She says it keeps her full and reduces her cravings.

I've tried the Yogi Green Tea Rejuvenation and I love it. I love almost all green tea, though...lol. I tend to get very hungry when I drink green tea and I believe it helps in weight maintenance and of course overall health. :D

I think I'm going to have some green tea now. Yumm!

My sister(Princess4real) and I have been drinking green tea for some years especially after our grandmother died from cancer. Green tea is one of those tea's that protects you from cancer. The research is worth it. Keep drinking girl.
