OK, so I've been taking these expensive suckers since Tuesday. The instuctions are to take 1 in the morning with OJ or a banana for the 1st 2 days. Today is day 3 and I now do 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. That is the maximum dosage.

So I got on the scale this morning and to my surprise had lost 4lbs :eek: And this has been since Tuesday y'all. I don't know what the trick is but it seems to be working. When I take it makes me pee like crazy. But it's supposed to detox your body too. Stay tuned......

Can you eat regular food as well?

Yes you can. She has a little diet booklet that comes in the box, but it's the standard light eatng stuff. There weren't any restrictions. I have been eating regular food. But without even noticing (I had to think back) I didn't eat as much throughout the days.

I haven't purposely modified my eating, but it seems I just naturally ate less. For exampe, I had a BLT for breakfast about 4 hrs ago and I'm not even close to being hungry right now.

Alright ladies, I know I haven't been updated in a week so here goes.

First off I haven't been taking the pills the way I was supposed to. SOmedays I only took 1. I lost a total of 5 lbs and gained back 1 lb so far. I'm not really dieting though. I've been eating hat I want. After the 2 day I started making myself eat because I got light headed and realized I wasn't eating enough. BTW, I haven't exercised since I started taking the pills. I'm about to go running in a few though.

I do like the Star Caps. They are no miracle weight loss pill, but they make dieting easier. I also believe that they flush out excess water and toxins out off the body. I've been seriously PMSing too so I don't know if that's had an effect on the overall results so far. Again, I'm going to keep taking the pills. Once these are finished I will purchase 1 more bottle.

No updates yet. It's tha time of month for me and btwn my hormones and the appetitie, I don't know whether I'm coming or going. lol! I'll definitely update you guys as soon as I have anything new. I'm still hopeful and I realy like starcaps because they take away my appetite with no side effects.

what's the ingredients? if i remember correctly wasn't it papaya or soe sort of enzyme and garlic. I think they work well for people that eat clean.:yawn:
