This site has to be the slowest company that I've ordered from.

It took 4 days!!! For them to confirm my credit card order and it took atleast another week before I got my stuff!...I'm so used to the instant gratification I get from my good Ebay sellers who ship immediately. I may never order from those folx at VS again :swearing:!!

If Vicky messes up they are usually accomodating. They will remove shipping cost at least. You get Vicky's, Banana Republic and Gap in the NYC area w/i 2-3dys with standard shipping. I am sure its due to warehouse location though. Sorry you didn't like your experience with them.

I'm sorry you had that experience with Vicky's. :( I've ordered from them in the past and always received my products within a week, including CC processing and shipping. Perhaps if you call them, they will refund the shipping?

And you're right...E-bay sellers have always been super fast for me too!

Ya know I never ordered from them because their shipping was too high with for me. I would really just buy from the store even though I they have more stuff online.

I order two separate packages from them and the same thing happened. I'm actually in the tristate area so I can't blame it on the warehouse ...just slow processing. I would never order from them again, especially if I needed something within a particular time frame.

Yes, customer service sucks and is slow but now I get free next day shipping 4 life....I spend to much money to wait damnit

I ordered a shirt on Monday and it got here by friday. I love it! The place they ship from is in Columbus and I live in Cincinnati (2 hours away) so I always get my stuff earlier than what they say. Same thing with Zappos. They are in Kentucky so it takes less than 24 for them to ship something to my house.
