I'm doing the whole cardio thing slowly but surely...
my legs feel amazing but as for my arms, well thats another story...
How can I work my flabby arms out?
other than strength training?

Oh wow...that's a tough one.
Well, first of all congrats on your cardio regimen! Cardio alone will definitely reap good physical results. If you're looking to tone your arms though, I think strength training is the only way really. :ohwell: You don't have to do strength training with weights per se (if you don't like using weights), but you can easily tone your arms by doing modified push-ups, tricep presses on a bench, carrying heavy items from time to time...just things to give your arms a workout. You can also try swimming. This easily tones arms without using weights. Sometimes just doing some aerobic cardio tapes that have you moving your arms constantly (like Tae bo) can be effective in toning the arms.
Overall though, as you loose weight through your cardio, you're going to eventually want to tone up your newfound shape with some type of strength-training. It burns calories, and it also helps improve bone density!
Keep up the good work! ;)
