I read about this on lowcarbfriends.com, when I heard you could have a sweet potato, I was sold :lol: I am thinking about trying it when I am done with my competition.

I KNEW that was Zora from "joe millionaire". I wonder how long ago she used this diet b/c she was small on the show. btw, she used nutrisystem instead of weight watchers. this is also the diet that they use on "swan" and those women all looked great after their makeovers. I want it so bad but dang it's expensive. If anybody here gets it, please post your results.

I have a book on this diet, it seems really good. I can basically eat all my West Indian food. It really promotes eating legumes. So I can have rice and peas everyday! YAY

I did low glycemic before it became "the thing to do" Also helps when I do contests as well.
(nice to see another bodybuilder here!)
