My job is offering free flu shots. I've never had one. For those of you that had them, was it a good idea? Did you get any affects from it? And has it protect you from getting the flu?

I've never taken a flu shot ever and I haven't had the flu in over 7 years. I think if you don't get the flu then I wouldn't take it. It may make your body dependent on it for fighting the flu.

I'm not taking any 'shot'. Seriously, I swear by a Tablespoon of high vitamin cold liver oil daily. Try it. Boost your immune system instead of taking shots that you don't know what are in 'em.

I have been doing this for 2 years I have not had a bad cold or flu since. Vevster what brand are you using? I need to buy a bottle, I have fallen off the wagon :look:.
