Hey girl I recently started doing standing calf raises to build bigger calves (cuz I have none) :lachen:

I have large calves but squats or any lower body workout using a step and free weights resting on your shoulders or at your sides will help increase the size. You have to be consistent in order to see results. Running or walking also helps to shape and tone.

Yep it makes your butt firmer. When I ran track, sprinting helped develop my calve muscles alot.

Go to Target or some place and get some ankle weights. You can wear them around the house even when you're not exercising.
Stand at the very edge of the stairs almost on the end of the ball of your foot. Lift to the top of your toes and hold it for 5 seconds and then go all the way down to whenyou almost fall of the stairs and hold it. Repeat. Basically your doing calf raises on the stairs.

Squats and deadlifts will help tone thighs. I have been doing this for 6-8 months and its definitely working for me.

Gosh, I'd like to know how to make my calves SMALLER! I feel like my calves are little TOO big for my small frame. :( Compared to my thighs my calves look out of place. Especially for a woman.
Any suggestions on how to "deflate" calf muscles so that they are long and lean looking instead of big and bulky looking?? OR is this just genetic?? :(
