Electronic Muscle Stimulators...?

Hey,

I was wondering if any of you ladies have ever tried those Electronic Muscle Stimulators. I saw one the other day that was like a girdle, where you put it on and it is supposed to help tone your hips,thighs and butt.

Obviously, I would still have to diet and exercise but I am wondering if anyone knows how effective/safe they are before I dish out that kind of cash :ohwell:

I havent used them, it looks pretty bogus to me. Diet and exercise would be efficent for toning up and weight lost. Perhaps you may wanna do some research before spending that kinda loot on a gimmicky product like this. Just a thought.
