Exercising with weights, lunges, situps and walk and a healthy diet is key to holding off flab and staying fit. Don't overeat or overstuff yourself. Eat til your hunger is satisfied not til your stomach is stuffed. You can always eat again if you eat smaller meals. Try baked, broiled or grilled meats instead of frying. Try eating mostly fish, poultry and occasionally beef/pork. "Say No" to the white stuff bread, rice, pasta and sugar you will see a difference from this alone. Drink plenty water. No soda, coffee or juice unless the juice is 100% natural. No late night eating unless your out and about to work it off. Walk Walk Walk Walk! Don't get lazy/stationary it is too easy to get used too. I hope this helps.

girl thank u so much. your info is very helpful. i eat pretty healthy anyway but i love some freaking bread, rice, and pasta. so i will have to chill on those items. i know the one thing is going to kill me is the beef. i really love beef. all i ever eat is beef and fish.

:lachen: I feel your pain about bread, rice and pasta. Beef is really hard on the digestive system. I love a good T-bone steak every few months. Good luck. I am trying to tone now that I regained my weight.
