I like the fact that it was not extrenous like Teo-bo.
I love the fanny-lifter
None boring, it is challegening w/o being too difficult.
I am just really excited about doing my next work out, which is strange.
I purchased it at CVS, it was last one. I got if $40!
Anybody else try this?

Love the firm got great results from it, now I just need to kick it back up to get to my goal. That fanny lifter really worked on my glutes. I just bought the transfirmer system at Target yesterday :woot:

Plenty, if you stick with The Firm, you will definitely get some good results. I am a fitness product junkie and The Firm is one of the things I have in my arsenal for winter months when I hate to go out in the cold to the gym! What you will find is that it is a commensense approach to getting toned and fit. It is very challenging, but you can control the difficulty with the amount of weight. I enjoy the variety of the different tapes as well and you know that you will be focusing something different every time and have a new workout....
Keep it up; it will certainly pay off for you!

Girl, it aint nothing to it but to do it!!! It is true that you will see results after 10 workouts; you really will see results a lot sooner than that. I prefer to go to the gym to do my workouts and got The Firm to change my home routine up when I didn't want to the gym. I was worried that it wasn't going to be that much of a challenge since I was already in shape, but it works some muscles (the fanny lifter) that don't normally get worked in the gym and if you have never worked out with weights or hardly work out with weights, you will see even more impressive results. Also, since the instructors are not flying through the workouts and you are going right along with them, this insures that you are doing the exercises correctly, hence the good results......
Just think about how hot you will be looking in about 4 weeks and that should be enough motivation to get you going......

I would like to try The Firm, but am afraid that I will get too bulky. Have any of you experienced bulkiness with doing The Firm?
Also which is better, The Firm with the Fanny Lifter or the The Transfirmer System?

No i havent experienced any bulkiness...i dont think you will experience bulkiness...its just a matter of having aerobics and some weigh training in the exercising...i think everyone needs this just to not only lose weight but also you want to be toned...alot of fitness instructors will tell you to not only do cardio but also weight training....i have both of them(the firm:the one with the fanny lifter and the tranfirmer systme) and i personally like the transfirmer system better...with the fanny lifter system i never got past the first tape...with the transfirmer system i have done all 4 of them..i stil have problems with catching on to the Ultimate Dvd but im getting there....
