need recommendations for a concealer/foundation

i know i need something to cover my blemishes. do i need just concealer or foundation or both. can anyone recommend a reasonable one that does the job?

im loving estee lauder...had to get away from the MAC because it was breaking me off..i use the 12 hour make up and then they have the natural finish make up...it gives a smooth look that i dont have to worry about touching up...
